1.The Municipality of Tapaz through the LDRRMF- SPECIAL TRUST FUND intends to apply the sum of Five Million Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos (P 5, 800, 000.00) Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Road Concreting with Slope Protection and Ditch Canal Construction as a Structural Mitigation Measure in a Landslide-Prone Area at Barangay Sta. Ana, Tapaz, Capiz with ID No. 004-2026-I. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
