1. The Municipality of Manjuyod, through the CY 2026-20% EDF intends to apply the sum of ₱999, 440.06, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Road Concreting @ Sitio Talabaon, Libjo-CY 2026-20% EDF Contract No. 1002606-0452-022 dated June 17, 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
