ROAD CONCRETING AT SITIO SAMBAG, LIBOT-LIBOT, BRGY. PANDAN
1) The Municipality of Pontevedra, Negros Occidental, through the 2026 20% MDF intends to apply the sum of One Million Six Hundred Five Thousand Three Hundred Seventy Six Pesos (₱ 1, 605, 376.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Road Concreting at Sitio Sambag, Libot-libot, Brgy. Pandan. Bids received in excess of the BAC shall be automatically rejected bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Pontevedra now invites bids for the Road Concreting at Sitio Sambag, Liboty-libot, Brgy. Pandan using the non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion. Delivery of the civil works is required 45 working days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
