1) The Local Government Unit of San Policarpo, Eastern Samar, through the Supplemental Appropraition Ordinance No. 33-23-01, Series of 2026 intends to apply the sum of NINE HUNDRED NINETY NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED TWENTY ONE AND 59/100 ONLY (Php 999, 921.59) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for ROAD CONCRETING, BRGY. TABO SAN POLICARPO EASTERN SAMAR. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
