Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE ROAD CONCRETING AT BRGY. LUCBAN
ITB. No. 2026-02
1) The Municipal Government of Benito Soliven, Isabela through the 20% Economic Development Fund FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Forty Thousand Pesos (Ph 240, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Road Concreting at Brgy.Lucban. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipal Government of Benito Soliven, Isabela now invites bids for Road Concreting at Brgy. Lucban. Completion of the Works is required fifteen (15) calendar days.
Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
