1) The Local Government Unit of Guiuan, Eastern Samar, through Capital Outlay to apply the sum of One Million Pesos Only (PhP 1, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the ROAD CONCRETING AT BARANGAY LUPOK, GUIUAN, EASTERN SAMAR, INFRA 2026-08-14. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Guiuan, Eastern Samar now invites bids for ROAD CONCRETING AT BARANGAY LUPOK, GUIUAN, EASTERN SAMAR and other scope of works to be done Completion of the Works is required 22 calendar days.
