Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Guiuan, Eastern Samar now invites bids for ROAD CONCRETING AT BARANGAY DALARAGAN, GUIUAN, EASTERN SAMAR and other scope of works to be done Completion of the Works is required 24 calendar days.
