The Municipality of Isabela, through the GENERAL FUND, intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION PESOS (Php 1, 000, 000.00) only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Road Concreting, Barangay 9, Poblcion, Isabela, Negros Occidental. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
