THE DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY, REDSTONE ARSENAL, ALABAMA, PROPOSES TO ACQUIRE ITEMS UNDER A ONE TIME, FIRM-FIXED PRICE CONTRACT IN SUPPORT OF THE US ARMY AVIATION AND MISSILE LIFE CYCLE MANAGEMENT COMMAND (AMCOM).
