The Resort Municipality of Whistler (RMOW) invites Proposals from qualified and multidisciplinary consulting teams to undertake a comprehensive Due Diligence and Pre-Feasibility Study (the “Study”) of six RMOW-owned parcels (the “Subject Lands”). The project will be managed by an RMOW Planner, with support from the Manager of Planning - Projects (RMOW Project Team). The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to obtain detailed proposals from qualified Proponents with demonstrated expertise in environmental assessment, infrastructure servicing, and geotechnical review. The primary objective of the Study is to produce a high-level pre-feasibility assessment of the Subject Lands to identify development opportunities, constraints, risks, and key considerations associated with potential future residential development.
