This Request for Information (RFI) is seeking general information that will assist the Reserve Bank ("RBNZ") in further defining its requirements for procurement of the RMO Implementation Project.

RBNZ is looking to introduce a high grade residential mortgage backed securities framework through Residential Mortgage Obligations (RMO).

RBNZ is seeking information from suppliers on what the market has in terms of a database that will be used to store and manage Loan Level Data (LLD) and provide an ongoing service for data collection and data quality assurance, data management and reporting.

Responses to this RFI will be used to develop a sourcing strategy for RBNZ`s requirements by determining the range of possible solutions, technologies and services available, possible cost of these, and obtaining more information on, or a better understanding of, the suppliers in the market.

We are seeking your input to understand existing services and systems, to help inform our business case and to plan our formal approach to the market.
