The purpose of this acquisition is to acquire support services for The U.S. Fleet Forces Command (USFFC) for all Risk Management and Internal Control program (RMIC) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM) matters concerning the headquarters and subordinate activities throughout the USFFC clamancy.
