Amendment 0001 - purpose of the amendment: the purpose of this amendment is to extend the quote acceptance period an additional 14 days. Quotes shall be due 07/20/2018
(i) this is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
(ii) solicitation number 140r3018q0152 is issued as a request for quotation (rfq).
(iii) the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through federal acquisition circular 2005-98
(iv) this is available for full and open competition. Applicable naics is 334514 with an associated small business size standard of 750 employees.
(v) clin 0010 - weekly pickup & delivery of uniforms for 12 months.
Each regular employee (currently 12) requires the following:
eleven (11) pairs of navy blue cargo pants
seven (7) short sleeve button up light blue shirts with name and company patches sewn on chest. In addition to the patches on the chest there shall be an american flag patch sewn high (near the top of the shoulder) on the right sleeve.
Three (3) long sleeve button up light blue shirts with name and company patches sewn on chest. In addition to the patches on the chest there shall be an american flag patch sewn high (near the top of the shoulder) on the right sleeve.
Two (2) navy blue work jacket with name and company patches sewn on chest. In addition to the patches on the chest there shall be an american flag patch sewn high (near the top of the shoulder) on the right sleeve.
