INVITATION TO BID FOR THE REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE

OF LGU VEHICLES

1. The Local Government Unit of San Julian through the R/M Transportation

Equipment-Motor Vehicle intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Fifty-Five

Thousand Seven Hundred Pesos Only (Php 155, 700.00) being the ABC to payments

under the contract for Repair and Maintenance of LGU Vehicles with Project No. SJ20225-25. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid

opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of San Julian now invites bids for the above Procurement

Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Thirty (30) Calendar Days. Bidders

should have completed, within Three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt

of bids, a contract similar to the Project which is 50% of the ABC of this project. The

description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly,

in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
