INVITIATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID
All interested bidders are invited to Pre-qualify and participate in sealed bidding for the R/M OF BARANGAY ROADS, OLUTANGA MUNICIPALITY, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay.
You may submit your letter of intent (LOI) at the office of the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Secretariat at the Municipal Assessor (MAO) office, LGU-Olutanga, Zamboanga Sibugay, from JULY 17, 2026 to AUGUST 03, 2026. Bid documents will be available only to the prospective bidders upon payment of a non-refundable amount of Php 500.00 at the Municipal Treasurer- s Office, LGU-Olutanga, Zamboanga Sibugay.
The Opening of bids will be on AUGUST 10, 2026 of the same venue.
Approved budgetary cost: Php 800, 000.00 (Total ABC)
The municipality of Olutanga reserved the right to reject any or all to waive minor informality in the bids received and to award the contract to the Bidders whose bids as evaluated by the BAC is the most advantageous to the Government.
