North Karelia's procurement department is asking for a bid for the construction contract for the new construction and alteration works of Rääkkylä school. The form of contract for the realization of the object is a shared contract. The civil engineering contractor acts as the main contractor and the legislation as the intended main contractor (Yse 1998 §4). The goal is that work can be started on the new construction part in week 20 of 2026. The work must be ready in all respects no later than August 31, 2027. The developer requires that the contractor has familiarized himself with the construction site conditions before submitting an offer. If the bidder has not familiarized himself with the object before submitting the offer, the offer will be rejected. One presentation event will be organized at the object: viewing time on Tuesday 21 April 2026 from 13:00 to 15:00. For the presentation must be registered in advance by e-mail to the object's presenter. The presenter is Jussi Mutikainen, [email protected]. If necessary, the subscriber can organize more presentation events and they will be notified in the offer service with an additional information message, but basically only one (1) is considered. If the bidder has participated in the presentation of the object during the previous tender (590529 / Rääkkylä school new construction and alteration works, construction contract), such a bidder is not obliged to participate in the display again.
