No claim or the extra ratewill be entertained for cancellation of the tender or issuance of work orders with decreasedquantity of work.(b) The Tenderers will visit and examine the Site with his own responsibility and expensesand obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the Tender and enter into aContract for performance of the works.(c) Tenderers must submit all required documents mentioned in tender datasheet.
