Stara, the city of Helsinki's construction services company, requests your overall contract offer for the construction of the portal at the Ristipellontie/Vihdintie intersection, fully ready for use according to the plans. Schedule: 9-11/2026. A more detailed schedule will be agreed upon later. By submitting a contract offer with a total price, the contractor assures that the offer includes all the work phases essential for the execution of the contract, as well as the materials, machines, equipment and labor necessary to complete the work phases.
