Description: WHO requires the successful bidder, the Contractor, to carry out risk communication and community engagement (RCCE), including mobilizing village health volunteers’ (VHV) to support healthcare workers (HCWs) with house-to-house vaccination and conducting risk communication activities for COVID-19 vaccination and routine immunization. Contractor will also provide transportation services to and from COVID-19 vaccination sessions for people with disabilities and limited mobility to ensure equity with COVID-19 vaccine roll-out. Finally, the contractor will mobilize medical students to support HCWs during vaccination activities, including house-to-house visits. In order to ensure that these efforts are not duplicated in the same districts by other partners, the NGO must communicate and coordinate with other development partners.
