Tender Details

The subject of the order is the preparation of comprehensive design and cost estimate documentation and the execution of construction works for the investment project, which includes the construction of a warehouse for civil protection resources in the design and build system. The investment is planned for plot no. 271/2 located in the town of Gruta, district no. 0005, Gruta commune, Grudzia district, province. Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship. The warehouse in question is a single-story building, without a basement, on a rectangular plan with dimensions of approximately 20.20 x 10.20 [m], covered with a gable roof. The height of the building in the ridge is approximately 5.60 m. The facility is built on foundation footings, steel frame structure, roof covering made of sandwich panels with a mineral wool core supported by steel girders, enclosed walls sandwich panels with a mineral wool core, concrete industrial floor (with a load capacity of at least 60 kN/m2), gravity drainage of the facility along with water, electricity, telecommunications and sanitary sewage connections. Detailed description of the subject of the order contains the Technical Description of the subject of the order constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.
