Riprapping / Embankment Protection at Payapa Ilaya
1) The Municipality of Lemery, through the Annual Budget 2026 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty-Two Pesos and 61/100 (₱ 4, 999, 982.61) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Riprapping / Embankment Protection at Payapa Ilaya under Invitation to Bid (IB) No. B-2026-048. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Lemery now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required for 60 cd. Bidders should have completed contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
