RIPRAPPING OF DRAINAGE CANAL OF PUROK SISON & MALIGAYA
1. The Local Government of Maitum, through 20% BDF 2026 intends to apply the sum of Php 496, 481.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the RIPRAPPING OF DRAINAGE CANAL OF PUROK SISON & MALIGAYA. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government of Maitum now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 39 calendar days and shall commence from the date of the issuance of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
