RIPRAPPING OF DRAINAGE CANAL
1. The Local Government of Maitum, through 20% BDF 2025 intends to apply the sum of Php 299, 907.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the RIPRAPPING OF DRAINAGE CANAL. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government of Maitum now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 24 calendar days and shall commence from the date of the issuance of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
3. The Eligibility of contractors shall be based on provisions of Annex ‘G-, IRR/R.A No. 9184, including Legal, Technical and Financial requirements.
