Tender for carrying out energy labeling as well as technical registration and condition assessment for Ringkøbing-Skjern Municipality (hereafter referred to as the client). Energy labeling of buildings which are owned by the client and which are covered by requirements for regular energy labeling or requirements for energy labeling when selling or renting out. The preparation of energy labeling must give the client a fair overview of the energy status of the buildings and contribute to identifying and qualifying energy savings. It is crucial for client that the services are delivered in a uniformly high quality, which ensures that the municipality's employees can subsequently work further with the data, descriptions and savings proposals that are given in connection with energy labeling and condition assessments. The task is carried out from August 2026 to the end of 2027. In addition, the offer includes options which will be executed until 2028.
