Ring road (1) around Kjalarnes, 2nd phase, Vallá - Hvalfjörður The Road Administration hereby tenders the widening of Ring Road (1-f5/f6) into a 2+1 road from Vallá to Hvalfjarðarveg with two roundabouts, at Grundarhverfi and Hvalfjarðarveg, extension of underpasses at Vallá, new underpasses at Esjuskála and at Arnarhamar, the extension of a concrete shaft over Blikdalsá as well as side roads and paths and a steel plate drain in a side road. The project is a joint project of the Road Administration, the City of Reykjavík, Veitna, Ljósleiðar and Míla.
