The City Of Rincon, Ga (city) Is Requesting Proposals From A Construction Manager At Risk (cmar). The Purpose Of The Project Is To Use Funds Granted By The State To Make Immediate Improvements To The Existing Rincon Water Reclamation Facility (wrf) To Increase Initial Capacity And Prepare For A Future Expansion. Due To The Speed Of The Project, The City Desires To Implement The Cmar Delivery Method. Limited Preconstruction Services Will Be Required. The City Intends To Enter Into An Agreement With The Selected Cmar For Preconstruction Services And Then Immediately Enter Into A Construction Contract For A Mutually Agreed Upon Guaranteed Maximum Price (gmp). This Is Not Limited To A Single Gmp Or Scope Of Work. The Owner May Elect To Add Additional Scope Of Work As The Project Progresses At Its Sole Discretion.
