The city of Riihimäki (hereinafter "customer" or "procurement unit") is requesting a bid for the Riihimäenportti st130 lot annexation contract in accordance with the scope of this request for tenders and the contract documents attached to it. The contract is executed plan and implement (ST) model. The contractor presents the designers in his offer. The contract includes the design and construction of Riihimäenporti's business plot connections in accordance with the contract documents. The contractor acts as the main contractor and as intended by the legislation as the main implementer. As the main contractor, the contractor is responsible for the management duties of the construction site and the duties of the main contractor. Construction work may start as soon as the starting conditions are met and the work must be completed by June 27, 2027 at the latest. In this procurement the lowest price is used as the basis for overall economic profitability. The minimum requirements set for quality in the request for tenders allow comparison only on price.
