Ried-brig mittenbaech, bsa h09 hauptlos rothwald-mittenbaech
this project is part of the long-term rehabilitation of the n9s (simplonstrasse) road of the fedro. It is at the simplonstrasse to a national road of class 3, which extends from brig to the border with italy in gondo (km 0.0 km 42.5). The traffic load of the simplonstrasse is about 4'500 vehicles per day, about 10%this is heavy traffic. The present project deals with the section rothwald-mittenbaech, which is located on the north side of the simplon pass. The project perimeter covers the entire distance between km 16.99 and km 19.20 and mainly includes the gallery mittenbaech. The entire section has two lanes with oncoming traffic, one lane per fahrtrichtung.as part of the restoration of the object rothwald-mittenbaech in the section mittenbaech bsa facilities are renewed.
