1.The Local Government of Maitum, through the MOOE intends to apply the sum of 2, 143, 200.00 being the Approved
Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Rice for Peacebuilding 2nd quarter. Bids recieved in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening.
2.Bidding will bw conducted throuhg open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementation Rules and Regulation (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the "Government Procurement Reform Act".
4.Interested bidders may obtain furthers information from the Local Government of Maitum, Municipal Bids and Awards Committee Chairman's Office, at Office of the Municipal Budget Officer, Municipal Hall, Maitum Sarangani Province and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00am to 4:00pm, Mondays to Fridays.
