Approved Budget for the Contract: PhP380, 000.00
1. The Provincial Government of Samar thru the Bids and Awards Committee intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos (P380, 000.00) to payment under the contract for the Corn Miller Machine for the Provincial Agriculturist Office. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the Bid Opening.
2. The PLGU of Samar hereinafter referred to as the End-User, now requests interested applicants to submit personally or through their authorized representative their quotations for the following:

Specifications:
1. Capacity: 600-750 kgs/hr; 80%-95% purity and 13% of MC of Palay; 65-68% recovery depending on the quality of Rice

Components: 1 unit steel loading chair; one unit paddy intake hooper friction type polisher, capacity: 0.5 ton/hr: (output; 1 unit palay sifter: 1 unit sifter with separator; 1 unit steel elevator (for rubber hauler) complete with cleaning fork, service door, insect and pest protective shields, elevator spout, reducer, buckets, pulley and belt drives; 1 unit huller with 6 rubber roll cleaner adjustment device and husk exhaust dock, complete with loading hopper and husk aspirator assembly mounted on a common steel based structure, 1 unit tray type gravity separator 2 layer complete with control tank, rice and return discharge chute mounted on a common steel base structure; I unit steel bucket elevator (for return of an unhulled palay) complete with cleaning fork, service door insect and protective shiled elevator spout reducers, buckets puller and belt drives, 1 lot common steel mounting base comprising of pillow blocks bearing line shaft and assorted pulley drives and belts.
3. To be delivered at the Office of the Municipal Agriculturist, Talalora, Samar
3. All Requests for Quotations (RFQs) must be delivered in person or authorized representative in two (2) hard copies placed in a sealed envelope marked.

5. The bid opening shall be scheduled on March 24, 2020 at 10:00 o-clock in the morning at the Conference Room, Capitol, Catbalogan, City. Late Bids shall not be accepted.
6. The procurement procedures will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of R.A. 9184 and its implementing rules and regulations.
7. The PLGU of Samar reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation and to annul the procurement process or reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder/s.
