The Provincial Government of Samar invites all interested registered suppliers to submit in person or authorized representative quotation for-
1. 1 unit Rice Miller Machine
Specifications of Rice Miller:
1.Capacity: 600-700 kgs/hr; 80%-95% purity and 13% of MC of Palay; 65-68% recovery depending on the quality of rice

2.Components: 1 unit steel loading chair: one unit paddy intake hooper friction type polisher, capacity: 0.5 ton/hr (output; 1 unit palay sifter: 1 unit rice sifter with separator; 1 unit steel elevator (for rubber hauler) complete with cleaning for, service door, insect and pest protective shields, elevator spout, reducers, buckets, pulleys and belt drives; 1 unit rubber huller with 6 rubber roll cleaner adjustment device and husk exhaust dock, complete with loading hopper and husk aspirator assembly mounted on a common steel based structure, 1 unit tray type gravity separator 2 layers complete wit control tank, rice and return discharge chute mounted on a common steel base structure; 1 unit steel bucket elevator (for return of an unhulled palay) complete with cleaning fork, service door insect and pest protective shields elevator spout reducers, buckets pullers and belt drivers; 1 lot common steel mounting base comprising of pillow blocks bearing line shaft and assorted pulley drives and belts.
