The Virginia Air National Guard is issuing a solicitation for an Invitation for Bids (IFB) to award a single firm-fixed-price contract to Replace the HVAC System at Bldg 203 Redhorse Facility in accordance with specs dated 17 April 2026 and drawings dated 17 April 2026. Work is located at 203d Redhorse Squadron located in Virginia Beach, VA.
