Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The International Labor Office (ILO) is seeking to hire a consultant to carry out a gap analysis (Gap Analysis) between the Convention on Violence and Harassment, 2019 (No. 190), and the legal, regulatory and institutional framework of Honduras. The consultancy will include the comparative review of the legislation, regulations, public policies, collective agreements, jurisprudence and other relevant measures; as well as the identification of gaps with respect to the provisions of Convention No. 190; and the formulation of legal and technical recommendations to strengthen the adequacy of the national framework. Likewise, the consultant will prepare a comparative matrix in accordance with the official ILO format, a technical report with the main findings and recommendations, will participate in a tripartite workshop of validation and will incorporate the observations received for the delivery of the final report. Demonstrated experience in labor law, international labor standards, comparative legal analysis and preparation of regulatory studies is required.
