Rft25/07 - Plant & Equipment Hire Panel Contract
Council (the Principal) is seeking Tenders from appropriately qualified, licensed and experienced Tenderers for the hire of Plant and Equipment on the basis of a “Standing Offer” agreement for Council controlled streets/roads, parks, Council facilities and other such locations owned and or managed by Council. This tender is for the provision of both Wet and Dry hire of various Plant and Equipment items such as, but not limited to the following categories; (refer to Part C for more information)• Trucks• Earthmoving equipment (Skid Steer Loaders, Excavators etc)• Road maintenance EquipmentThe contract will run for a period of two (2) years with 1 year option. Council (the Principal) is seeking Tenders from appropriately qualified, licensed and experienced Tenderers only for the provision of both Wet and Dry hire of various Plant and Equipment items above. The resulting contract will be a Schedule of Rates Contract.
