The Town of Port Hedland has recently endorsed a series of upgrades and refurbishments to the Port Hedland Yacht Club to support the proposal of a food and beverage operator to manage and operate the facility.The scope of the project is as follows:•Demolition and removal of existing flooring, coved skirting and all existing kitchen equipment•Supply & Installation of kitchen equipment as nominated•Retain existing equipment to be returned to the principle•Terminate and cap existing services•Preparation of areas for new kitchen fit-out•Removal of existing walls, cabinets and sundry items - with associated making good•Isolation, capping and complete removal of existing services, fixtures and fixed articles to area of works•Demolition of existing walls, floors and ceilings•New flooring, walls and ceilings•New services connections•Fit-out bathrooms with new fixtures and fixed articles to schedules
