The Town of Port Hedland (the Town) is seeking a suitably qualified contractor to deliver cost effective Video Surveillance Maintenance support and upgrade services, for its Video Surveillance network. The network includes: 281 cameras located at 35 individual sites, 52 wireless point-to-point transmitters, 7 servers, 80 switches utilising Milestone xProtect video management software. All linked to the South Hedland Police Station. All cameras require cleaning and realignment at quarterly intervals and service issues need to be addressed in a timely manner. 24-hour remote support and maintaining an asset register and maintenance plan are also to be maintained.Future upgrades & network expansion covering Town facilities, public open space and state ANPR projects will also form part of the scope subject to grant funding and future budget approval.
