Tender Details

The overall objective of this project is to establish service relationships to facilitate the responsible engagement of Employees, Consultants, Contractors, and Volunteers, prospective or otherwise, by ensuring that they conform to the Town of Port Hedland-s (the Town) employment requirements. When requested, the tenderer can assist the Town in responsibly engaging Employees, Consultants, Contractors, and Volunteers with consideration to any medical conditions and/or medications that may impact capability and ability to safely carrying out duties. Additionally, when requested, the tenderer will indicate the individual-s compliance with the Town-s Drug and Alcohol Management Plan (DAMP) through indicating positive or negative drug and alcohol screening results. Screening should be conducted in a timely manner as to not hinder the Town to engage Employees, Consultants, Contractors, and Volunteers within reasonable timeframes and ensure that current Employees, Consultants, Contractors, and Volunteers are capable to contribute to a safe workplace.The services can include but are not necessarily limited to: • The medical supplier needs to be able to provide in-person pre-employment screening checks of prospective Employees, Consultants, Contractors, and Volunteers for the purposes of determining candidate suitability as per services requested per screening.• The medical supplier needs to be able to provide in-person screening checks of current (or otherwise) Employees, Consultants...
