The Contract is for the provision of routine and reactive air-conditioning related services as follows:(a) Routine servicing of air-conditioning assets as detailed in Appendix 1, Schedule 4;(b) Reactive servicing and repairs in instances where air-conditioning systems are malfunctioning or not performing optimally;(c) Asset replacement as directed; and(d) Refrigerant recovery services for Kununurra and Wyndham Landfills.The Contract will cover requirements for a period of three (3) years with two (2) 12-month extension options at the Principal’s discretion.The Shire currently has an arrangement in place for the provision of routine and reactive air-conditioning services. The current arrangement expires on 9 August 2026.It is preferred that any Contract established as a result of this Request for Tender will commence on 10 August 2026.
