the conseil des ecoles publiques de l''est de l''ontario (cepeo), herein after referred to as the client, is seeking proposals from companies who could provide a washroom renovations at de la salle public high school more described in the terms of reference and specification herein. it is the client''s intent to award a contract ccdc 2-2008 to the proponent based on the preliminary work and to proceed to construction based on a gmp (guaranteed maximum price) subject to such standard terms and clauses and as may be reasonably required.
