PROJECT: Oasis Energy Efficiency Upgrades ProjectLOCATION: Oasis Aquatic Centre, 50 Morgan Street, Wagga Wagga NSW 2650SCOPE: The Scope of Works under this RFT is to remove the existing plant, install electric heating and cooling systems and air handling systems in a new plant room and to upgrade the control & monitoring systems. PRE-TENDER BRIEFING: A Pre-tender Meeting will be held on Thursday 12th February 2026 at 1PM at the Oasis Aquatic Centre, 50 Morgan St, Wagga Wagga.A follow-up Pre-tender Meeting will be held on Thursday 19th February 2026 at 1PM, at the same location.It is expected that Contractors attend at least one of these meetings. Please confirm your attendance by email prior to the meeting: [email protected] Update: A technical specialist from Beca will be joining briefing #2 and will be available to answer technical or design questions while onsite.All required documents must be returned with Tender Submission.This is a Lump Sum Contract.
