Barcaldine Regional Council (BRC) was formally appointed by the Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) to perform pave & seal works on Clermont – Alpha Road between Chainage 85940 m to Chainage 89000 m.The appointed Contractor will be responsible for the supply and spray of bitumen surfacing including a prime, 1st seal and 2nd seal.
