ONIT Construction Inc. has been retained as the Construction Manager for this project. In this capacity, ONIT is responsible for administering the construction management process, including pre-construction planning, trade procurement, coordination of subcontracted work, construction oversight, and the implementation of site safety and quality-control measures. ONIT will act on behalf of the Owner in managing the competitive procurement of trade contractors and in overseeing the execution of the Work in accordance with the project-s design, schedule, and regulatory requirements.
This Request for Tender (RFT) is issued for the purpose of soliciting competitive bids from qualified Aluminum/Glazing Contractors with the experience, capacity, and technical capability to perform the Aluminum and Glazing scope of work for this project, including aluminum framing systems, windows, doors, glazing units, sealants, and all associated architectural or structural aluminum/glass components.
