Inner West Council invites suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to provide Design & Construct (D&C) services, including all design, certification, construction, commissioning, and handover of the amenities building renewal and landscaping to Tender for the Design & Construction of Birchgrove Park Amenities Renewal.Birchgrove Park, also referred to as Birchgrove Oval, is in regular use by local sporting clubs, including the Balmain & District Football Club, Balmain and District Junior Rugby League Club, and Sydney Cricket Club. Architects Stanning Harding has documented an architectural concept plan, 50 % detailed design for structural works, hydraulic services and landscaping. Tender issue 100% detail designs for kitchen Joinery only and electrical services are under documentation and will be issued as an Addendum to the RFT before close of tender.A Contractor is now required complete all design, issue for-construction drawings, and complete renewal works to the amenity and associated landscaping.The work must proceed from September 2026 through to March 2027 when reliance on the amenity is less.A mandatory Industry Briefing is scheduled on Site 10:00am for 10:15am start, Tuesday 9 June 2026 at Birchgrove Oval, Rose Street, Birchgrove.
