The Corporation of the City of St. Catharines is inviting tenders for the supply and delivery of all labour, equipment and materials necessary for the reconstruction of a portion of the existing asphalt trail (Participark Trail) that runs through St. Catharines Hydro One's transmission corridor, located between Pelham Road and Hillview Road, and between Hillview Road and the Twelve Mile Creek, on a portion of OPG lands.
This work consists of trail reconstruction/improvements to this section of the existing asphalt trail (Participark Trail) that runs through the Transmission Corridor. As this section of asphalt-paved trail is in poor condition and has reached the end of its useful life, the City is proposing to reconstruct it to maintain the trail connection.
