This Summary Notice and Notice of Intended Procurement is issued by Alcool NB Liquor
("ANBL") for procurements covered by the Canadian Free Trade Agreement and/or the
Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement to provide summary information in relation to
specific procurement, as detailed below.
A. SUMMARY NOTICE
1. Subject Matter of Procurement
Request for Supplier Qualifications for ERP Implementation Partner
ANBL will be seeking to partner with a system implementer for the implementation of the
commercial cloud-based ERP Microsoft Dynamics 365 ("D365"). For the purposes of the RFSQ
and RFP, reference to D365 will encompass Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Dynamics 365
Supply Chain Management, and Dynamics 365 Commerce. ANBL requires a trusted, agile, and
solutions-focused partner.
The partnership will include an agreed-upon wholistic implementation approach with defined
pricing mechanisms and measurable timelines and milestones. ANBL is committed to
standardizing business practices across functional areas with minimal to no customization.
ANBL will be solely responsible for procuring all required D365 software. The implementation
partner must be able to work with both Softchoice, as the reseller, and Microsoft Canada Inc....
