Infrastructure Ontario is issuing this Request for Standing Offer ("RFSO") to establish an Agreement with the Qualified Respondents for the provision of services described in Appendix A ("Scope of Services") to Schedule 3 Draft Agreement of this RFSO ("Management Consulting and Advisory Services" or "Services") on an "as and when required" basis. There is no guarantee of any volume of work for Qualified Respondents under this RFSO or the Agreement.The Qualified Respondents who have executed the Agreement will be eligible to be called upon to provide the specific Services required for a particular assignment (the "Work") in accordance with the call-up process identified in Section 1.3(3) below and in the Agreement.Qualified Respondents will support the following seven (7) types of service categories: General Advisory: Multi-disciplined advisory services supporting business needs, such as market soundings, risk management, vendor management, evaluation and negotiation support, and customer experience design. Strategic Planning & Transformation: Support for large-scale transformation initiatives, including operating model design, change management, transformation delivery, and governance. Economic & Financial Analysis: Financial modelling, economic impact assessments, cost-benefit analysis, business case development, and funding strategy development to inform government investment and policy decisions.
