Infrastructure Ontario is issuing this Request for Standing Offer (“RFSO”) to establish a Standing Offer Agreement (“Agreement”) with the Qualified Respondents for the provision of services described in Appendix A (“Scope of Services-) to Schedule 3 - Draft Standing Offer Agreement of this RFSO (“Environmental Management Work Services”) on an “as and when required- basis.
