a. This Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD) (the "Client") for Department Internal Standing Offer (DISO) method of supply.
b. It is intended to result in the award of up to fifty (50) SO's for one (1) year plus two (2) one-year irrevocable options allowing Canada to extend the term of the SO.
c. There are security requirements associated with this requirement. For additional information, consult Part 6 - Security, Financial and Other Requirements, and Part 7 - Resulting Contract Clauses.
