San Benito County is requesting quotes from bidders to provide: Quick Identification of Item NeededContractor will provide restroom cleaning and restocking services related to CFD 2015-1 Santana Ranch Park Restrooms, including the following:CONTRACTOR shall remove and dispose of trash from trash can located inside the restroom and replace liner. CONTRACTOR shall replace empty toilet paper rolls and empty soap dispenser refill containers.CONTRACTOR shall clean and disinfect toilets, sinks, water fountains, inside and outside door handles, key pads, light switches, soap dispensers, air hand dryers, and toilet paper dispensers, wipe down baby station.CONTRACTOR shall spot clean walls.CONTRACTOR shall sweep and mop floors.CONTRACTOR shall do all of the work and furnish all the materials, supplies, tools, equipment, labor and other services, not specified as supplied by the COUNTY, necessary to complete the project in good, workmanlike and substantial manner and to the COUNTY s satisfaction.COUNTYS Responsibilities: COUNTY shall supply trash can liners, toilet paper, and soap dispenser refill containers.Services must begin no later than When must the goods/purchase be supplied by ? days after award of the contract or the purchase order is issued.
