DESCRIPTION: Refurbishment of one Rahiyah I Yacht Boat. Manufacturer: ALDHAEN MARINE Model: ALDHAEN 400 SCOPE OF WORK: DRY DOCKING: 1. Boat dry dock for hull cleaning with pressure water 2. Gear oil change - 2 gear box 3. Check condition of gear oil seals 4. Inspect the propeller (2 set) and replace if necessary 5. Antifouling on transom and gear housing area 6. Zinc anodes replace 7. Modify additional seacock for both engine cooling DECK AREA, SALOON & BEDROOMS 1. Replace deck teak wood with sikaflex 2. Boat polish - inside and outside 3. Repair the fiber damage area and paint 4. Replace fishing rod holder 4 nos. 5. Change the seat cushion and fabric 6. Hatch cover rubber beading change 7. Gas strut change for engine room hatch door 8. Change carpet on the cabin floor 9. Interior wood and furniture polishing + replace the damage part 10. Door locks and drawer locks replace 11. Bathroom tap, shower and soap tray change (new model) 12. TV and audio system upgrade 13. Bed sheet and pillow need to replace 14. Polish the cabin ceiling 15. Repair wiper washing system 16. Trim tab indicator repair / replace 17. Bilge pump at bow thruster area water outlet repair 18. Through valve fixing 19. Cabin switches need to be fixed (4 switches of 12 VDC) 20. A/C digital control switch (3 pcs) change + A/C sea water cooling hose change 21. Modify sea cock for a/c 22.
